The Yoga Way offers hatha yoga classes that are suitable for beginners through to more advanced. In our classes, you will experience stretching and a mindful practice that will mobilise your body, increase your strength and flexibility, and help you to relax and de-stress.
Our philosophy is to teach a yoga that unites body, mind and breath, promoting wellbeing while at the same time stretching and strengthening the body. Our style of yoga is best decribed as hatha yoga. The classes range from gentle rest and reset classes to more vigorous classes suitable for those with previous yoga experience.
