Tuesday Tune-up

Tuesdays 9:00 - 10:00 am

This yoga class focuses on strength, flexibility and relaxation, with an emphasis on core stability and balance. Using a combination of flowing and remedial poses with breath work, this practice will assist you to effectively care for your body and mind.

This class is suitable for all levels of ability and experience.

Weekend Wind Down

Sundays 4:00 - 5:00 pm

This class provides a calming and restorative experience through a blend of gentle yoga, breathwork (pranayama) and meditation. This is a rejuvenating and nourishing practice suitable for all experience levels.
