Sue Watt

In this busy world, Sue aims to bring calmness in body and mind through yoga practice. Sue teaches hatha yoga and all her classes include yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation and deep relaxation. The practice will make your body stronger and more flexible, your mind calmer and your heart more open.

Sue is a dedicated yoga practitioner and a registered yoga instructor with Yoga Australia. She has a PhD in psychology and has a gentle and compassionate approach to yoga teaching. Sue completed her foundational yoga teacher training with Kate Pell and has since completed advanced teacher training courses in the more subtle practices of yoga, learning pranayama and meditation techniques, as well as flexibility coaching, restorative yoga, and injury management. Sue has travelled to India and Nepal to learn at yoga's origins. “When there is harmony between the mind and the heart, backed by a strong resolution, nothing is impossible.” Rig Veda

Victoria Macnaughton

Victoria has lived and worked in Armidale for the last 20 years. She has practised yoga for many years but since retiring from the health service has been studying the practice and philosophy behind yoga more deeply.
Having completed over 1000 hours of teacher training  (and still studying) over the last 5 years she has realised that yoga is not only about making shapes and stilling the mind, it can guide us towards healing, transformation and awakening thereby connecting us more profoundly to ourselves.

Victoria is currently away, but will re-join us soon.
